We are committed to 500–700 direct Saudi jobs at full operations, and to building the technical depth that lets Saudi engineers run every layer of this platform without external dependency.

Desert Dragon partners with Saudi universities and technical institutes (KFUPM, KAUST, Riyadh Technical College, and others) to develop the next generation of data center operators, mechanical and electrical engineers, and network engineers. Internship and graduate-rotation programs available.
