2. Lawful use

Customers shall use Desert Dragon services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Saudi law and the laws of any jurisdiction in which the customer operates or in which content originates or is delivered.

3. Prohibited activity

Customers shall not use Desert Dragon services to: distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, distribute child sexual abuse material, engage in unauthorized intrusion, distribute spam, or violate the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Resource use

Customers shall use only the resources contracted for. Power draw exceeding contracted limits, network behaviour disruptive to other tenants, and physical impact on shared infrastructure are not permitted.

7. Investigation and enforcement

Desert Dragon may investigate suspected AUP violations and may suspend service in cases involving immediate operational, legal, or security risk. Persistent or material violations may result in termination.

8. Reporting

Suspected AUP violations may be reported to abuse@dragon-datacenter.com.

9. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers with reasonable notice.
